Marcia J. Durham, 74, of Seymour, passed from this life at 3:08 p.m. Friday, June 14, 2024, at her home.
Mrs. Durham was born October 18, 1949, in Columbus, the daughter of Albert and Martha Calhoun Taylor.
She married Dale Richard Durham September 27, 1979; he preceded her in death February 14, 2013.
Marcia was an accountant and a member of Brownstown Christian Church.
Survivors include her daughters, Nikki (Nate Sullivan) Weddell of Freetown and Nancy Dunlap of Rensselaer; grandchildren, Samantha Weddell, Isaiah Gambrel, Rhianna Gambrel, Jestik Weddell, Cole Dunlap and Avery Dunlap; great-grandchildren, Louis Godding and Ophelia Weddell; sister, Katherine Wilhelm of Columbus and her canine friend Luna.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, a brother, Albert G. Taylor and a sister, Nancy Chasteen.
The funeral service will be held at 11:30 a.m. Thursday at Barkes, Weaver &Glick Funeral Home on Washington Street with Michael Hogg officiating.
Family and friends may gather for a time of visitation from 9:30 a.m. to time of service.
Mrs. Durham will be laid to rest next to her husband at Garland Brook Cemetery.
