Bartholomew County 4-H Fair names sheep champions

The Bartholomew County 4-H Fair sheep show selected the champions in various categories at the fairgrounds on Wednesday.

Grand champion market lamb was exhibited by Kinze Fischer, with reserve grand champion exhibited by Layne Hoeflinger.

The grand champion board and raised was also exhibited by Fischer, and the reserve went to Lydia Whiteside.

The grand champion breeding ewe was exhibited by Hoeflinger with the reserve going to Whiteside.

The grand champion born and raised ewe was exhibited by Gus Brockhaus and the reserve went to Wade Rapp.

The grand champion breeding ram was exhibited by Hoeflinger and reserve went to Kreigh Keffaber.

The county born and raised breeding ram grand champion was exhibited by Keffaber with the reserve going to Levi Carothers.

In the showmanship competition, Hoeflinger was grand champion with Gabby Ferrenburg taking reserve grand champion.
