WESTFIELD
Gail Davis passed away on July 11, 2024, in Indianapolis, IN, surrounded by her loving family. She was born on November 17, 1941 in Moline, Illinois. Gail grew up in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and graduated from Whitefish Bay High School. She earned an Associate’s degree in Accounting and dedicated her time to her career in the accounting field and raising her three children in Marion, Ohio.
Gail was known for her generosity, kind spirit and caring nature. She was always a person to place family, friends and other loved ones ahead of herself. Gail found joy in travels with her loving husband, Russell, and cherished her time with her grandchildren. A member of the First United Methodist Church in Columbus Indiana, her faith was an important aspect of her life.
She is survived by her husband of 60+years, Russell; her children, Julie (Tom), Robert (Scott), and Kristen (Andy); grandchildren, Kaitlyn (Kaitie), Evan (Helena), Noah, and Ryan; and nephews, Andrew and Stephen Treichel. She was preceded in death by her brother, Jim.
A private family service will be held in her honor. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the National Aphasia Association and the Alzheimer’s Association.
