Hauser High School was named one of the nation’s best high schools for the seventh consecutive year, earning a “Bronze Medal School” designation. Hauser was ranked out of nearly 20,000 high schools by U.S. News and World Report.

1999

Toyota Industrial Equipment Manufacturing Inc. presented its 100,000th forklift to CNF Corp. with a rendition of “Olympic Fanfare.” The forklift was decorated with two flares and welcomed with a standing ovation.

1974

Edinburgh and Columbus received “Good Neighbor” plaques from the 16th Engineer Brigade of the Ohio National Guard, which was training at Camp Atterbury. John Saberton, Edinburgh town board president, and Max Andress, mayor of Columbus, were presented with the plaques at a luncheon at Camp Atterbury.
