COLUMBUS, Ind. — The Bartholomew County Coroner’s Office and the Columbus Police Department are investigating the discovery of a body near the dumpsters at the GetGo gas station at 1711 E. 25th St. at about 10 a.m. Friday.
The coroner’s office has scheduled an autopsy for the male, estimated to be in his 30s, but the date and time for the autopsy have not been finalized.
Skylar Berry, spokesman for the Columbus Police Department, said the investigation is continuing and foul play is not suspected at this time, pending the autopsy.
