FRANKLIN — Columbus East opened its girls soccer season Monday with a 3-1 loss at Franklin.
Sophie Glick scored the goal for the Olympians off an assist from Emma Christie.
The Grizzly Cubs outshot East 27-5. Christie played the first 60 minutes in goal and recorded 15 saves. Natasha Armstrong added five saves over the final 20 minutes.
