NASHVILLE — Hauser picked up its first win of the boys tennis season with a 5-0 victory Thursday at Brown County.
Hunter Pappano beat Owen East 2-6, 6-3, (10-4) at No. 1 singles, Kam Blair topped Jax Burt 6-1, 6-1 at No. 2 singles and the Jets (1-1) won the No. 3 singles match by forfeit.
Hauser’s Jentzen Bechtel and Joel Bechtel beat Trevor Shields and Robert Webb 6-0, 6-1 at No. 1 doubles. Jayden Blair and RJ Foster defeated Jack Keener and Audric Dunn 6-1, 6-0 at No. 2 doubles.
The Eagles fell to 0-3.
