Teriyaki chicken that was prepared 24 hours prior was not properly labeled with the date. All foods prepared prior to 24 hours of fixing or consumption must be labeled with the proper date. A bucket of raw chicken ready to be cooked was sitting in a bucket of shredded lettuce.
