NORTH VERNON — Jennings County posted a shutout at No. 1 singles Thursday, but Seymour took the other four matches to post a 4-1 boys tennis victory.
Parker Bales blanked Parker Thompson 6-0, 6-0 at No. 1 singles for the Panthers (1-4).
Jennings Ty Zohrlaut fell to Carter Stein 6-2, 6-1 at No. 2 singles, and Asher Morin lost to Dane Thompson 6-3, 6-0 at No. 3 singles. Brady Sentz and Cole Skinner fell to Shun Takeuchi and Joel Stevens 6-0, 6-1 at No. 1 doubles, and Lucius Stidham and Luke Napier lost to Xavier DuBois and Braylon Busby 6-1, 6-1 at No. 2 doubles.
