- There will be no city trash or recycling collections on Monday. Collections will be delayed one day, with Friday’s collections on Saturday, Sept. 7th. - The Columbus City Utilities office will be closed on Monday. Regular business hours will resume on Tuesday at 7 a.m. Customers with a problem with water or sewer service should call the business office at 812-372-8861 and follow the prompts.
- The Republic offices, including the business office and customer service, will be closed Monday to allow employees to enjoy the holiday with their families.
