Columbus Realtor Randy Scheidt has been appointed as the 2025 chair of the Federal Taxation Committee for the National Association of Realtors.
For Scheidt, founder of Scheidt Commercial Realty LLC, 432 Fourth St., Columbus, this will mark his fifth appointment to chair a committee of the National Association of Realtors — a rarity for the 1.5-million member organization.
Scheidt previously chaired the association’s Commercial Federal Policy Committee (2022), Strategic Thinking Advisory Committee (2017), Commercial Committee (2012) and Commerical Legislation & Regulatory Subcommittee (2010).
