COLUMBUS, Ind. — Beginning Thursday, the current phase (Phase1) of the Lowell Road Reconstruction Project will open to traffic.
Construction crews will be completing some remaining sidewalk work, so motorists are asked to please use caution and obey flaggers in the area.
Construction will shift to Phase II of the project, which completely closes the intersection of Lowell Road and County Road 200W to all traffic.
Traffic traveling east on Lowell Road will have no access beyond County Road 250W, except for local traffic to Drummond Drive.
