NEW ALBANY — Columbus East played its best set of the night in the first set in a 25-15, 25-11, 25-10 Hoosier Hills Conference volleyball loss at New Albany.
Lauren Smith led the Olympians (3-14, 1-4) with 10 digs and one ace. Lilah Klei pounded five kills, Audrey Bush recorded five assists and Krea Martin served one ace.
Also for East, Anika Jenkins tallied five kills, Jillian Chapple notched four assists, and Martin added six digs.
