IU Columbus trailed only 1-0 at halftime Saturday, but Georgetown (Kentucky) pulled away for a 5-0 men’s soccer victory at Richard Wigh Soccer Complex.
Georgetown outshot the Crimson Pride 16-8. Harris Weltz recorded five saves for IUC.
The Crimson Pride (3-4-1) will host West Virginia Tech at 7 p.m. Thursday in the second game of a women’s-men’s doubleheader. The women’s game starts at 4:30 p.m.
