MEDORA — Columbus Christian dropped both of its matches in Saturday’s Southern Roads Conference volleyball tournament, falling to Medora 25-17, 22-25, 15-8 and Seven Oaks Classical 25-16, 25-14.
Abby Dora recorded 16 assists and three aces, and Katie Bond had 21 digs and three aces to lead the Crusaders (5-14). Bella Frederickson pounded 13 kills, and Miyanna Haywood had two blocks.
Also for Columbus Christian, Bond tallied four kills, and Mara Nickerson added two kills. Addison Smith notched three assists, Frederickson had one block, Emma Rice 17 posted digs and Emma Sewell added nine digs.
