INDOT to have overnight lane closures on northbound and southbound I-65 in Jackson County

JACKSON/SCOTT COUNTY, Ind. — Indiana Department of Transportation maintenance crews plan to conduct temporary overnight right lane closures on northbound and southbound I-65 beginning on or after Monday, Oct. 7, to complete patching work near Scottsburg and Seymour.

Crews will begin work in the right lane of southbound I-65 at mile marker 50 near Seymour and will continue to move south to mile marker 25 located just south of Scottsburg. Crews will then begin work in the right lane of northbound I-65 at mile marker 25 and complete work at mile marker 50 near Seymour. Work is expected to take up to four nights, weather permitting. Crews plan to work from 6 p.m. to 7 a.m. each night.

INDOT reminds motorists to slow down and use caution in work zones.
