Justin was born January 20, 1984, in Columbus, Indiana, the son of Steven Michael Ebert and Vicki Lynn McKinney. On September 3, 2015, he married Janine Michelle Bernhard.

Justin worked as the Wastewater Treatment Coordinator at Nippon Steel. He loved his family and doing acts of service.
