COLUMBUS, Ind. –The Bartholomew County Highway Department announced Hartman Drive will be closed to thru traffic at 7:30 a.m. Tuesday, between U.S. 31 and Willoughby Drive, for culvert replacement.
All traffic to and from Hartman Drive need to access from Heflin Park Road and Willoughby Drive (to the south of Hartman Drive).
Cars only may turn off U.S. 31 to get to Hardees, but no semi traffic will be allowed. Motorists are asked to avoid this area until about 4 p.m. if possible.
