PORTSMOUTH, Ohio — IU Columbus saw its men’s soccer season come to an end Thursday with a 1-0 River States Conference loss at Shawnee State.
Shawnee State outshot the Crimson Pride (4-11-2, 0-7-1) 20-4, putting 11 shots on goal to one for IUC. Jacob Kasarda recorded 10 saves.
Meanwhile, the Crimson Pride women fell to Shawnee State 2-0. Shawnee outshot IUC 17-1, putting 11 shots on goal to none for the Crimson Pride. Mallory Gilley posted nine saves.
The IUC women (2-11-1, 0-8) will wrap up their season Oct. 31 at IU Kokomo.
