Duncan tied for 42nd after second-round 72

RIDGELAND, S.C. — Tyler Duncan shot a 1-over par 72 Friday and is tied for 42nd place in the Palmetto Championship at Congaree, which saw play suspended late in the second round because of inclement weather.

Duncan, a 2008 Columbus North graduate, started on the back nine and shot 38 on the first nine and 34 on the front at Congaree Golf Club. He opened with a 70 on Thursday and is at even-par 142 through 36 holes.

Chesson Hadley leads the tournament at 11-under 131. Dustin Johnson is two shots back at 9-under 133.
