School sports physicals will be available for North, East and Hauser students in April and May from Columbus Regional Health. Physicals will be provided by CRH providers. Students must be accompanied by a parent or guardian and must complete the IHSAA physical form.
Dates and times are:
- Columbus North (open to current students and incoming freshmen), 6-8 p.m. Wednesday with registration at 5:30 p.m. at the high school, cost is $30.
- Hauser (for students in grades five through 11), 6 to 8 p.m. May 11 at the high school, cost is $25.
- Columbus East (open to current students and incoming freshmen), 6 to 8 p.m. May 16, with registration at 5:30 p.m. at the high school, cost is $30.
All proceeds from these events go to the school’s athletic departments.
