Columbus Christian was competitive in the first set Tuesday, but fell to Bloomington Lighthouse 25-20, 25-16, 25-15 in volleyball action.
Emma Murray led the Crusaders (0-8) seven kills and one solo block. Emma Sewell recorded three assists, Yanna Foster notched six digs and Abby Dora served four aces.
Also for Columbus Christian, Bella Frederickson tallied five kills, one block assist and four digs. Dora dished out two assists, Mara Nickerson had one assist block and Murray added three aces.
