MONTGOMERY — Columbus Christian volleyball came close in the final set Saturday, but fell 25-11, 25-12, 25-22 at Pleasant View Christian.
Emma Murray led the Crusaders (1-10) with four kills, three blocks, seven digs and one ace. Emma Sewell recorded four assists and one ace, and Paige Harden and Bella Frederickson each served an ace.
Also for Columbus Christian, Paige Walden pounded two kills and one assist block, and Abby Dora tallied three assists. Bella Frederickson had one solo and one assist block, Yanna Foster notched five digs and Paige Harden added four digs.
