JACKSON COUNTY — CSX Railroad plans to close State Road 11 (Broadway Street) beginning this weekend for railroad crossing repairs in Seymour.
On or after Saturday, State Road 11 (Broadway Street) will close to traffic between Second Street and Circle Street in Seymour. The road is expected to reopen Tuesday, Nov. 21, weather permitting. The detour will follow U.S. 50 East to I-65 North to State Road 11.
INDOT reminds drivers to slow down, use extra caution and avoid distractions in and near work zones. All work is weather-dependent and schedules are subject to change.
