SAN DIEGO — Tyler Duncan carded a 3-over-par 75 in Wednesday’s opening round and is tied for 146th place in the Farmers Insurance Open.
Starting on the back nine, the Columbus North graduate shot even-par 36 on his first nine and 3-over 39 on the front at Torrey Pines’ South Course. He will play the North Course on Thursday.
Kevin Yu leads the tournament at 8-under 64. Patrick Cantlay and Ryo Hisatsune are one shot back at 7-under 65.
