Radar indicated strong thunderstorm moving through Bartholomew County through this afternoon

COLUMBUS, Ind. — Bartholomew County Emergency Management says a strong thunderstorm will impact portions of southern Shelby, southwestern Rush, western Decatur, eastern Bartholomew and northwestern Jennings counties through 4:15 p.m. today.

Wind gusts of up to 50 mph and half inch hail are possible. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible.

Locations impacted include: Columbus, Shelbyville, Hope, Flat Rock, Milford, Geneva, St. Paul, Elizabethtown, Hartsville, Clifford, Burney, Newbern, Waldron, Grammer, and Azalia.

This includes I-74 between mile markers 112 and 125.
