Donner swims at SE Divisional meet

Several Donner Swim Club athletes competed in the Indiana Southeast Divisional meet at Center Grove High School.

Donner Swim Club had 50 athletes participate in the 2024 Indiana Southeast Divisional meet at Center Grove. The team had a 85% lifetime-best time performance results.

Emerson Barrett finished top-16 in the 200-meter freestyle, 50 backstroke and 100 backstroke. She also competed in the 100 freestyle and 50 freestyle, with personal best times in all of her events.

Nicolas Bowers finished top-16 in the 200 breaststroke and 100 breaststroke, with a personal-best time in 100 breaststroke.

Cooper Bringman achieved top-16 in the 500 freestyle, 100 butterfly, 50 breaststroke and 50 butterfly.

Ella Bringman had top-16 in the 100 butterfly and 50 butterfly. She achieved lifetime-best times in five events.

Elle Fitzsimmons achieved lifetime best times in all five of her events.

Jack Fitzsimmons had lifetime-best times in both of his his events.

Amelia Mahanta qualified for her first Divisional event in the 50 freestyle with a lifetime-best time.

Eli McIntier top-16 in the 50 freestyle and achieved lifetime-best times in all three of his events.

Emily McIntier scored top-16 in the 50 breaststroke and 100 breaststroke and achieved lifetime best times in all three of her events.

Emily Meek won the the 200 individual medley and 50 butterfly and took second in the 100 butterfly, third in the 50 freestyle and fifth in the 200 freestyle and 100 freestyle with lifetime-bests in all of her events.

Mridula Muthukumaran finished fourth in the 100 butterfly, eighth in the 200 IM, ninth in the 200 backstroke and 16th in the 100 backstroke with a three lifetime-best times.

Anand Neela finished 16th in the 50 breaststroke and achieved lifetime-best times in all three of his events.

Abhyud Ponnathpur had a lifetime-best in his lone event.

Sanchita Ponnathpur finished 16th in the 100 breaststroke and achieved lifetime-best times in all six of her events.

Ritvik Prithiviraj placed fourth in the 50 breaststroke, sixth in the 100 breaststroke and eighth in the 200 IM. He also was top-16 in the 100 freestyle and 50 freestyle and had lifetime-bests in all six of his events.

Abby Proffitt finished 16th in the 500 freestyle and achieved lifetime-bests in all four or her events.

Anna Reed had a lifetime-best time in one event.

Luiza Salomao achieved lifetime best times in all five of her events.

Lela Smith had lifetime-best times in both of her events.

Aarav Sriram placed eighth in the 100 butterfly and was top-16 in the 200 IM, 50 backstroke, 100 backstroke and 50 butterfly. He also achieved lifetime-best times in all six of his events.

Shabarirajan Thangaraj finished top-16 in the 500 freestyle and achieved lifetime best times in all four of his events.

Cora Tregoning placed fifth in the 1,650 freestyle and was top-16 in the 500 freestyle, 200 breaststroke and 100 breaststroke. She had lifetime-bests in all six of her events.
