EDINBURGH
Dr. Kenneth F. Conway, MD, 73, of Edinburgh, Indiana passed away September 7, 2024 at Otterbein Senior Life in Franklin, Indiana. He was born November 14, 1950 in Indianapolis, Indiana. He was the son of Francis and Audrey (Harlow) Conway. He married Patricia L. (Weston) Conway on October 21, 1978. She preceded him in death on March 10, 1988. Later he married Phyllis Rae (Lamphere) Conway on June 21, 1990. She preceded him in death on April 11, 2006.
He is survived by son, Christiaan (Samantha) Conway of Edinburgh, Indiana and granddaughter, Audrey Conway of Edinburgh, Indiana.
He was preceded in death by his parents and wives.
Dr. Conway had worked as a psychiatrist at Columbus mental health facilities and retired from Centerstone. He enjoyed reading, especially science fiction books, playing old vinyl records on his record player, antiquing, and working on computers.
It was his wishes for cremation and no public service.
