COLUMBUS, Ind. — The Bartholomew County Highway Department said County Road 300E between U.S. 31 and Base Road will continue to be closed to all traffic, due to soil condition issues and unmarked utilities. It will not reopen until Monday Sept. 23rd at approximately 5 p.m. These are overnight closures so motorists are advised to avoid the area.
