FREETOWN — Freetown Church of Christ’s annual Seniors Day will take place Thursday, Oct. 24, at the church located at 7077 N. State Road 135 in Freetown.
The day will begin with registration and donuts and coffee starting at 8:30 a.m. The theme for the day is “God and Country,” and those slated to appear include gospel music artists The Dave Melton Family Singers, Ron Bridgewater, Calib Smith, Bryan and Yvonne Hutson, J.D. Miller, Betty Gray and Barry DeWitt. Dave Lucas will be the speaker for the day.
The cost of the day, which includes lunch catered by The Pines and dessert provided by the church, will be $20. Registrations must be made and paid in advance by calling the church at (812) 497-2971, or sending a check with attendee names to Freetown Church of Christ, P.O. Box 1, Freetown, IN 47126.
