those who don’t understand that when their far right candidate states out loud he will get rid of the Constitution and be a dictator on day one, that is an end to our democracy.

anyone who believes that revenue “won’t lag” with the riverfront project just like NexusPark, the Commons and every other bit of snake oil the city buys into and puts on the back of taxpayers.
