EDINBURGH — Edinburgh wrapped up the boys tennis regular season Monday with a 3-2 Mid-Hoosier Conference win against Morristown.
Ryan Londeree and Braylon Lenkner beat Michael Ballinger and Rustin Kleine 6-0, 6-1 at No. 1 doubles, and Brinnyn Moss topped Gage Frey and Ethan Tryon 6-1, 6-0 at No. 2 doubles for the Lancers (3-10, 1-3). Braden Cox won his No. 3 singles match by forfeit.
Edinburgh’s Bailey Totten fell to Dalton McMichael 7-5, 6-3 at No. 1 singles, and Matthew Burton lost to Eli Graves 6-3, 4-6, (10-8) at No. 2 singles.
The Lancers will play in the Columbus North Sectional semifinals Tuesday against the winner of Wednesday’s Columbus East-Hauser match.
