COLUMBUS, Ind. — Columbus Regional Health Occupational Health will be relocating to a practice space near 10th and Schnier Streets in Columbus at the end of October.
Beginning Oct. 28, patients of Occupational Health Services will be seen at 3015 10th St., Suite A in Columbus, which formerly housed Family and Internal Medicine. The phone number of 812-376-5104 remains the same. The new Occupational Health Services location offers a larger space with more parking.
Patients with appointments prior to Oct. 24, will be seen at the current downtown Columbus location. Patients with upcoming appointments have been notified directly; however, if you have questions about services, please contact Occupational Health Services for more information.
CRH Occupational Health Services provides a full range of occupational health services designed to decrease employer costs by helping injured employees recover and get back on the job as quickly and safely as possible.
