FRANKLIN — All lanes of I-65 southbound near Franklin are currently blocked as of 10 p.m. after an accident resulted in all traffic being diverted off the interstate at Exit 90 which is the State Road 44 exit.There is a major traffic backup in the two miles leading up to the exit with all three lanes of traffic being forced to form a single lane to exit the interstate at Franklin.
